Delivery & Inspection Guidelines

Because our 3D printers are high-value and precision-engineered products, we strongly recommend that you:
Track your delivery closely once the shipping confirmation is received.
If you are not available during the delivery window, please contact the courier in advance to schedule an alternative delivery time.

Upon receipt of the package:

Once the package is signed for by you (or someone on your behalf), AtomForm will consider the delivery completed.
To protect your rights, please record a full unboxing video.
If you notice damaged packaging, missing components, or product damage, contact AtomForm Support within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue immediately.
