Warranty Period

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty:
    Coverage begins from the date of original purchase.
  • 3-Month Limited Warranty: for Consumable Parts
    Include nozzle modules, glass platforms, and extruder gears, valid from the purchase date.
  • No Warranty: for Gift Items
    Include USB cables, wrenches, spatulas, and pliers, not covered under the warranty.

Note: Any evidence of purchase shall be provided for warranty claims (e.g., receipt or invoice)

Warranty Coverage

What Is Covered

Any defects in material and workmanship of the purchase product shall be covered until provide the documents and information, including but not limited to:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product of original purchase in the country
  • Product of an authentic ATOMFORM brand

What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage is not guaranted for the service as a result of:

  • Altered or illegible proof of purchase, product labels, or serial numbers.
  • Damage caused by accidental drops, abuse, neglect, or operation contrary to the user manual.
  • Commercial, rental, or non-domestic use (e.g., industrial or leasing purposes).
  • Use of unauthorized parts or failure to assemble/operate per provided instructions.
  • Damage from natural disasters (e.g., lightning, fire, water), abnormal voltage or transportation issues.
  • Normal wear and tear of consumables (e.g., nozzles, build plates).
  • Repairs or modifications by non-authorized service providers.
  • Issues arising from third-party accessories, firmware, or improper maintenance.

What is Request Process

  • Product Register:
    Create an account on atomform.tech and register your product with the model name/serial number and proof of purchase is preferred while other channel is available through "Contact Us"
  • Ticket Create:
    Submit a claim via [Contact Us] is preferred including updated contact information.
  • Ticket Close:
    A dedicated specialist will contact you within 24 hours to diagnose and resolve the issue. Most problems are addressed through remote assistance and repair service will be provided if needed through specialist.

How to Return & Refund

  • Online Apply: Please apply for returns/refunds through the original purchase platform, following its specific processes (may vary by platform and region).
  • Return:
    1. Product must be in original condition with all accessories, tools, and packaging.
    2. Missing parts will incur a deduction from the refund amount.
    3. Return due to incorrect purchase or dissatisfaction is at the customer's expense (including shipping cost).
  • Refund:
    Defective units must be returned before the refund or replacement dispatch.
    Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days of receiving the returned product.

How to Repair

  • After dedicated specialist remote assistance, the product might be needed for repair service free of charge during the warranty period and a service ticket will be generated for product repair.
  • For any repair and parts replace service, please follow the warranty policy with the proof of purchase.

Warranty in Other Regions

Legal Terms

  • This warranty is the exclusive guarantee, superseding all oral or written warranties. Implied warranties (e.g., merchantability) are limited to 1 year from the purchase date.
  • AtomForm shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Liability is capped at the product's purchase price.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • The validation, interpretation, modification, fulfilment, and dispute settlement of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The dispute shall be settled through friendly negotiation. In the event that the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, either party could submit the dispute to International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the SHIAC's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The language of the arbitration is English and is conducted in Shanghai, China. All arbitrators must be proficient in English. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both AtomForm and you.

  • Retain your purchase receipt, invoice and other original proof of purchase for all warranty-related claims.
